From the farmers market to North 3rd Street

A counter stand that grew into a kitchen.

Aunt HOCKER's started as a fish fry counter at the Lebanon Farmers Market, where regulars pulled up a stool for fried haddock and homemade sides. In July 2026, owner LaTasha "Aunt Hocker" Gantz opened her own doors at 1012 North 3rd Street in Midtown Harrisburg — same breading, same tartar sauce, more room at the table.
